Shopping Process
How to place an order online? A few simple steps to shop at Nourish Me :
1) Choose your favorite products.
2) Click “Add To Cart” to add the item into your shopping cart.
3) To add or reduce the quantity of a product in your cart, change the item quantity and your cart will automatically refresh after a few seconds.
4) Click “Proceed To Checkout” when you’re finished shopping.
5) Join our online membership program to get special coupon codes and exclusive promotions in the future, or continue as a guest. If you have a valid coupon code or referral code, please apply the code either on the cart or checkout page before placing your order.
6) Enter your billing and shipping details (if different from billing), then select a shipping method and payment method.
7) “Place order” and your transaction is complete.

PayPal
- You will be redirected to PayPal once you place your order, please log into your PayPal account then press “Pay Now”.
- Once your payment transaction is successfully processed, you will be directed back to Nourish Me.

- You may choose to tick “Save Payment Information To My Account For Future Purchases” for faster check outs on future orders if you are a registered member of Nourish Me.

Alipay/WeChat Pay
- You will be redirected to Yedpay’s secure payment gateway once you place your order, please select your wallet then proceed as follows:
Web Browser – Please scan the QR code with your Alipay or WeChat Pay mobile app to settle your payment.
Mobile Browser – Allow your Alipay or WeChat Pay mobile app to be opened to confirm your payment. - After your transaction is successfully processed, you will be directed back to Nourish Me.
Octopus App
Note: NFC must be enabled on your phone to pay with Octopus card through Octopus Mobile App
- Place your order and a QR Code will appear on the next page (the QR code will also be sent to your order confirmation email).
- Open your Octopus Mobile App to scan the QR code.
- Enter your order total as the payment amount.
- Pay with Octopus Card or Octopus Wallet.
- Save and send the Transaction Completed screen or Reference Number to our Customer Service by Email or WhatsApp along with your Order Number.
How to use coupon codes?
Coupon General Usage Terms:
- Coupons can only be used for online purchases, and any applicable discounts will be applied to your order instantly.
- Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons, Membership Rewards, or Refer A Friend Coupons unless otherwise specified on the individual coupon.
- Coupons cannot be refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash, and expired coupons will not be re-issued.
- Coupons may have additional usage terms & conditions, please refer to the individual coupon for full details.
- Nourish Me Co., Ltd. (「Nourish Me」) reserves the right to vary or terminate the above offers and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time. In case of dispute, the decision of Nourish Me shall be final.

“Pick Up In Store at Nourish Me” is always FREE regardless of spending amount.

After Placing Your Order
Pick Up / Delivery Deadline
- An automated email containing your order details will be sent to you immediately after you place your order.
Note: Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation. (Don’t forget to check your junk mail if you do not receive our order emails). - Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be packed and prepared shortly and you will receive a payment confirmation email.
Estimated pick up & delivery times after payment confirmation
Pick Up In Store at Nourish Me : Your order will be ready for pick up on the next available business day after payment confirmation.
- Collect your order within the pick up dates you selected when you placed your order.
- Please show your order invoice upon pick up. To protect your interest, Nourish Me reserves the right to reject the collection of any order if the order invoice cannot be provided upon request as verification.
Pick Up at Coral Hub Lockers : Your order will be dispatched according to the cut-off times in our Shipping Policy, and you will receive an email once your order is ready for pick up.
- Orders must be collected within 3 business days after it arrives at the pick up location.
- Receiver may be asked to input a pass-code and/or requested to present a copy of your order invoice for verification upon pick up.
S.F. Express / DHL Express / Hong Kong Post Shipping Services : Your order will be dispatched according to the cut-off times in our Shipping Policy, and you will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped out.
- Orders must be collected within courier’s allocated collection time.
- Receiver may be asked to show their SMS from courier, input a pass-code, and/or requested to show personal identification for verification upon self pick up and door delivery services.
*If you cannot pick up your package within the allotted time provided by the courier company or are not available at your shipping address during door delivery due to reasons unrelated to Nourish Me or the selected courier company, please contact the courier company’s local office directly for your shipment status, to rearrange another door delivery time, or for information on additional charges due to rearrangement. If the courier company cannot contact you, courier may only keep your package for a short time before disposal or returning back to Nourish Me, you will be charged a Returned Package Delivery Fee (at cost), Handling Charge HKD50 and New Door Delivery Fees. Please contact customer service for re-arrangement details.
**For orders that were not picked up in store, and undelivered packages returned from the courier, our customer service will attempt to contact you for delayed pick up and uncollected orders, if we still do not receive any further instructions or replies from you, your order will be automatically forfeited after one month of your order date, refunds/exchanges will not be applicable. Please pick your order up within the given time to avoid extra charges, in case of any disputes, the decision of Nourish Me Co., Ltd. shall be final.
Exchanges/Refunds
Upon payment confirmation, orders cannot be cancelled and no refunds can be made.
“If the product you received does not match your order”
At Nourish Me, we work hard to ensure the accuracy of product images and information contained on our website. However, some manufacturers may change packaging or ingredients without notice, and such updates may be pending on our website; we are not liable for such discrepancies. If in doubt, please check the item name and GTIN (UPC/EAN) under the barcode before ordering to ensure the item matches what you want to order. If the product you received does not match your order, please follow the instructions below to exchange:
- Orders may only be exchanged once, and must be requested within seven days of receiving your order.
- Only unopened, undamaged products retaining the original packing may be exchanged. Our customer service reserves the right to check the condition of the product.
- Exchanges will be subject to stock availability, and if the ordered product is out of stock, we may offer another product of equivalent or lesser value for exchange or refund as a coupon with equivalent value.
- We suggest our customers exchange in store at Nourish Me, customers which arrange courier or other methods of delivery are responsible for any shipping fees which may arise for exchanged items sent back to Nourish Me.
Please ensure that the product for exchange follows points 1-3 in “Exchanges/Refunds” above and a printed copy of the PDF order invoice is mailed along with the product if you do not exchange in person at our store. We will arrange the same pick up/delivery method as per your original order for the exchanged product free of charge. (If the product or order for exchange does not comply to points 1-3 in “Exchanges”, no exchanges will be made. Any product(s) ineligible for exchange will be kept at our store for 10 working days and become automatically forfeited thereafter.)
Nourish Me Co., Ltd. reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions above without prior notice. In case of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese version of the Terms & Conditions, the English shall prevail. In case of any dispute, the decision of Nourish Me Co., Ltd. shall be final.

Membership Rewards Scheme
Membership Points
1. Welcome Points
Each successfully registered account is eligible to earn 20 Points one time upon initial registration for a free Nourish Me online membership.
2. Spend & Earn Points
Earn Points when you shop at www.nourishme.com.hk using your membership account, and redeem Points for a discount towards your next purchase or redeem Points for limited time offers.
Basic Membership : Spend HKD100 = 1 Point (~ 1% Rebate)
Silver Membership : Spend HKD40 = 1 Point (~ 2.5% Rebate)
Gold Membership : Spend HKD20 = 1 Point (~ 5% Rebate)
● The amount of Points earned is calculated individually per order, and is based on net order total, after any discounts and excluding shipping fees.
● Points will be posted to your account after order payment has been confirmed and your order is completed, unless otherwise specified in promotion-specific terms and conditions. Points will not be rewarded for refunded or cancelled orders.
3. 3X Order Points
Get 20 Points after you complete your first three orders with a minimum net spending of HKD500 or above per order.
● Orders do not need to be consecutive; each customer can receive this offer one time.
● Points will be added to your account within 24 hours after you complete the third eligible order.
Points Expiry
All Points are valid for up to twelve (12) months from the date earned.

Membership Rewards
1. Redeem Points for a Points Discount Reward
1 Point = HKD1 Discount
Select redeem in My Rewards (accessible through My Account, Shopping Cart, Checkout), then enter the amount of available Points you would like to redeem and convert into a Points Discount Reward Coupon. No upper-limit on points redemption for discount. Points Discount Reward Coupon has a validity of 1 Month.
2. Upgrade Reward
Collect Points to upgrade your membership tier and enjoy even better perks.
Register = Basic Membership
Collect 80 Points = Upgrade to Silver Membership and receive a one time $50 Upgrade Reward Coupon
Collect 180 Points = Upgrade to Gold Membership and receive a one time $100 Upgrade Reward Coupon
● Upgrade Rewards will be added to your account after you make one purchase in your new membership tier; each Upgrade Reward Coupon has a validity of 3 Months.
● Once Points have been earned, they will count towards your total collected Points regardless if you redeem your Points for discounts and rewards. Meaning, Points can be collected for a membership upgrade and used for discount and reward redemption at the same time.
● Memberships do not expire, and once you reach a membership tier, you will not be downgraded.
3. Birthday Reward
Save your birthday in “My Account” and receive a Birthday Reward Coupon for 12% off your entire purchase on your birthday.
● Birthday Reward is only applicable for Silver and Gold Members; Birthday Reward Coupon has a validity of 1 Month.
Rewards Usage & Expiry
Rewards may have additional usage terms and different expiry dates, please refer to the individual reward for more details.
● To use reward coupons which you have redeemed with points or earned, select the reward and click “Apply Coupon” in either the My Account, Shopping Cart, or Checkout page.
● All rewards are for one time use.
● With the exception of Points Discount Reward, all other Membership Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with promotional offers or coupon codes; Maximum of one Membership Reward can be applied per order.
● Membership Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with Refer a Friend Referral Coupons.
● Minimum spending requirements shown on rewards are calculated based on net order total, after any discounts and excluding shipping fees.
● Discount from rewards do not apply on shipping fees, unless otherwise stated specifically on the individual reward.

Membership Rewards Scheme General Terms
● Point/Points may be abbreviated as Pt/Pts respectively.
● The term “Reward” and “Reward Coupon” may be used interchangeably in this Membership Rewards Scheme.
● Membership Rewards Scheme is only applicable for online purchases, Members must be logged into their registered account to earn or redeem Points and Rewards. Points will not be reimbursed for orders placed when the customer is not logged in.
● Nourish Me may offer opportunities to earn bonus Points and limited time Rewards for different membership tiers from time to time.
● Membership, Points, and Rewards are not transferable; your ability to earn and use Points and Rewards will be suspended after you deactivate your account, any accumulated Points and Rewards will be forfeited immediately, and you will be eligible for the Membership Rewards Scheme.
● Membership, Points, and Rewards are subject to the Membership Rewards Scheme of Nourish Me Co., Ltd.
● Nourish Me Co., Ltd. (「Nourish Me」) reserves the right to vary or terminate the above offers and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time. In case of dispute, the decision of Nourish Me shall be final.
Refer A Friend
- How Referrals Work
- Invite your friends to Nourish Me by sending them your unique Referral Url or Referral Code and receive a HKD50 Coupon for each friend who successfully makes their first purchase using your referral.
- HKD50 Refer A Friend Coupon Code will be posted to your account and sent to your registered email once your friend completes their first purchase by settling their order payment and their order is either picked up or delivered.
- Existing Nourish Me Members who have successfully made at least one purchase are eligible to participate as a referrer in our Refer A Friend program. Your unique Referral Url and Referral Code can be found under “Refer A Friend” once you login to your account.
- Each Refer A Friend Coupon Code rewarded to referrer is valid for one time use upon a single net purchase of HKD500 or more within ninety (90) days from the date earned.
- Maximum of one Refer A Friend Coupon Code can be applied per order. Refer A Friend Coupon Codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, coupon codes or Membership Rewards.
- Refer A Friend Coupon Codes are not transferable and cannot be refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash; your ability to earn and use Refer A Friend Coupon Codes will be suspended in case of fraud and all rewarded Refer A Friend Coupon Codes will be forfeited immediately.
- Who Can I Refer?
- Any friend, family or new customer who hasn’t placed an order with Nourish Me. Referrals are not valid for existing customers of Nourish Me or customers who have previously made a purchase.
- Referee must Login or Register and make a single net spending of HKD500 or more to enjoy HKD50 Referee Discount off their first purchase at www.nourishme.com.hk using a valid:
a) Referral Url – Click the link to visit our eShop then add your favorite products to your cart and discount will automatically be applied and visible on the shopping cart page and checkout page for eligible orders.
b) Referral Code – Apply the Referral Code as a Coupon Code on the shopping cart page or checkout page after you add your favorite products to your cart, discount will be applied and visible on the shopping cart page and checkout page for eligible orders. - Referee Discount cannot be refunded, reimbursed, or credited back in anyway if referee does not use the Referral Url or apply the Referral Code during their first purchase.
- Refer A Friend Coupon Codes and Referee Discounts are only applicable for online purchases at www.nourishme.com.hk.

Not finished shopping? Want to save your products and checkout later? Or re-order the same products every time?
Register as our online member or Login to your account, press the heart symbol or “Favorite” button to save your favorite products for later. Your favorite products will be kept in My Favorites the next time you login. You can add the products from your Favorites list to your shopping cart or remove them from your list easily.
If your favorite product has product options such as different sizes or flavors, you will be asked to select product options before the product can be added from your Favorites list to your shopping cart.

Regular priced and on sale items (excluding Clearance items) have an expiry date not less than 6 months from the date of purchase.
Clearance items have an expiry date less than 6 months from the date of purchase, the expiry date will be remarked on the product page.
